I have been playing guitar since age 11 and it is my main instrument. In the early years of my PhD, I decided to learn upright bass and probably spend about as much time playing bass as I do guitar. I also play a few other instruments just for fun (mandolin, French horn, concertina, etc.). Jazz, folk, classical, and bluegrass are the main genres I have been playing recently but I enjoy playing all music.

I am part of music collective, LOBE. Our debut album was that on purpose? will be released on October 21, 2025.
